J. A. McAully Smash Repairs
was established by John McAully in 1959.
His son, Graham McAully joined
the firm in 1970 and commenced his painting apprenticeship, gaining
honours throughout the four year term.
Graham took over the
management role of the workshop in 1978 and since 1982 has been the
Managing Director of the Company.
Since commencement of the
business McAully’s has built a reputation for quality workmanship at
competitive prices and exceptional customer service. Our reputation has
been acknowledged by many insurance companies, therefore resulting in our
workshop being awarded “Recommended Repairer” status.
McAully Smash Repairs
currently employs approximately 25 smash repair staff and also operates an
Automotive Protection division called McAully Window Tint with a further 5
staff members. Our workshop is environmentally friendly and uses only
modern technology. Not only do we employ only qualified and dedicated
staff, we also follow strict procedures to ensure our customer’s are happy
with our workmanship on every occasion.
Our office has been recently
refurbished and is now complete with ducted air conditioning, modern décor
and facilities, including a comfortable customer waiting room all
resulting in an exceptional environment for our valuable customers.
McAully Smash Repairs prides
itself on delivering excellent customer service on all occasions whether
by telephone or in person. Our professional, efficient and friendly office
staff will handle all requests and inquiries with the highest priority.
Following a vehicle repair,
Customer’s are also sent a Feedback Form where they are asked to evaluate
the experience of dealing with McAully’s regarding both the vehicle
repair, finish and customer service. They also provide the customer with
an opportunity to indicate any areas where they feel we may improve, to
offer any suggestions or to just submit any general comments. These forms
are taken seriously and once processed are seen by all staff.
